Hi, I’m Mel

We love it down here in Gippsland. So close to the sprawling metropolis of Melbourne, yet seemingly a world away. Our region is simply pristine, with much of it being relatively untouched, just the way we like it.

As for myself, I’ve lived in the heart of South Gippsland most of my life, and while I can’t influence what the weather will do, I can show you how any season is well worth a visit.

So take a look around “Getabout Gippsland” and you’ll soon discover our incredible scenic coast, natural attractions, wildlife and of course, plenty of good food and wine.
